Q: Who is Unique Publications?
|
A: Unique Publications began life as a book and video tape division
of CFW Enterprises in Burbank, CA. CFW also published Inside Kung-Fu magazine and
Martial Arts Legends Presents: Grappling magazine.
In 2005, Action Pursuit Group, LLC, located in Orange, CA, bought CFW and Unique
Publications. We have continued to publish Inside Kung-Fu and Grappling (which is
now called Ultimate Grappling) and have expanded Unique Publications offerings to
include more grappling publications and DVDs for all martial arts. We are proud
of our connections to some of the best martial arts authors and masters in the world.
We also plan to offer additional special interest publications on hunting, firearms
and home décor and design.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
|
A: All orders are prepaid in U.S. funds. We accept Mastercard, Visa,
Discover and American Express, or you may send in a check to the customer service
address if you have ordered by phone. Our customer service operators can advise
you on payment by check.
Customers in California also pay applicable sales tax.

Q: Does Unique Publications offer wholesaler inventory?
|
|
A: Yes. Please contact Becky Silvas at 800-332-3330 x259 to discuss
our wholesaler rates for our books and DVDs. Wholesalers cannot order merchandise
directly off our website.

Q: My order is damaged or never arrived – what do I do?
|
A: If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact customer service
for help in returning your damaged item. We will happily replace any damaged item(s)
you receive.
Our orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Domestic customers should receive their merchandise
within 15 business days after order placement. Foreign customers may take up to
45 business days depending on local delivery regulations and customs. If more time
has passed than indicated above, please contact customer service so we can track
the order to determine what has happened, and ship you a replacement if necessary.
